FBA’s events team holds a deep track record in delivering bespoke events management services for a range of public and private sector clients across Wales as well as further afield. Recent events management activity has included a range of events from conferences, Annual General Meetings, launch events, press briefings all the way through to awards dinners. Our mission is to ensure that these events generate a positive impact, achieve their objectives, while providing wider PR and key opinion former opportunities. Offering a range of services our team regularly deliver standalone launch events, key opinion former roundtable dinners all the way through to large scale Annual Awards Dinners:
  • Event Management – from event planning, on-site management, venue sourcing and booking
  • Communications – communication planning pre/post event, design and production and event PR
  • Invitee management – stakeholder engagement, mapping out guest lists all the way through the invitation process
  • Creativity & design – corporate literature and promotional material can be designed and produced to accompany events by our in-house design team
  • Judging – having organised the judging panels and secretariat for events such as the Wales Politician of the Year Awards for over two decades we hold a long track record in organising and implementing the requirements of award judging panels
